Sean has developed commercial and business management skills to oversee a smooth running of Alwoodley Civils.

Alex began his career hands-on, following in his father's footsteps starting as a bricklayers labourer over 15 years ago but decided to give groundworks a go. Over the years, he has built a strong foundation in the industry gaining extensive experience across multiple disciplines, specialist systems and plant operations eventually stepping into management. Having a practical background, it gives him a deep and personal understanding of site life and the complexities of groundworks. Now settled as Contracts Manager at Alwoodley Civils, Alex applies his expertise to successfully lead and deliver projects driving the company towards continued excellence.

Coming from a hospitality managerial background, Max first stepped on site three years ago and has never looked back. Throughout his growth as an employee on site, Max has learnt and studied the art of construction and excelled on to business development. Within this role, he has been able to showcase his skills and help the company grow and looks forward to seeing it grow further in the future.
